Can I use Nano Banana images commercially?

Depends

Google says it won't claim ownership of images you generate, but its consumer terms for the Gemini app don't say whether you can use them commercially. The Gemini API and Google AI Studio are explicitly 'for professional or business purposes'. Preview models on Google Cloud, including Nano Banana Pro, are for evaluation and testing only.
