Adobe Express
About Adobe Express
Adobe Express is Adobe's quick design app for social posts, images, videos, flyers and other content. It has templates, one-click photo and video edits, generative AI features and an AI Assistant, and it works with Photoshop and Firefly. It runs in a browser and on phones, with plans for individuals, teams, enterprise and students.
What you generate with Adobe Express's AI is your Content under Adobe's terms, so you can use it commercially. The catch is stock: Adobe Stock assets under the Express Limited License can't be the reason someone buys your mug, poster or T-shirt, and some third-party search content is personal use only.

Quick answers
Can I sell T-shirts I design in Adobe Express?
Yes if the design is your own work or AI output. If it uses an Adobe Stock asset under the Express Limited License, the stock asset can't be the main reason someone buys it.
Who owns images made with Adobe Express's AI?
Adobe's generative AI terms say the input and output are your Content. Copyright in AI output may still be limited by law.
Do I get Adobe's IP indemnity in Express?
Adobe's Firefly output indemnity applies only to eligible Creative Cloud for teams and enterprise plans. See our Adobe Firefly page.
