Quick answers

Can I monetise Opus Clip clips on YouTube or TikTok?

On a paid plan, yes: the terms license paid users for commercial use. The Free plan is personal, non-commercial use only and exports carry a watermark.

Does Opus Clip own my clips?

No. The licence you grant Opus Clip is to run the service, and the terms say your ownership in what you upload is not affected.

Can I clip other people's videos and sell them?

Not without permission. The terms don't give you rights in content you don't own, and they bar using someone's voice or likeness to advertise without authorisation.
