Does Firefly's indemnity cover partner models?
Only Google and OpenAI partner models in general release, and only if your licence includes partner-model coverage (in effect from 8 May 2026). Other partner models, such as Runway, Kling and Black Forest Labs, can be used commercially but have no Adobe indemnity. Beta and preview models are excluded.
Can you sell Firefly images on Etsy?
Firefly allows it, and Etsy accepts AI art from your own prompts if you say in the listing description that it was made with AI.
