Is HunyuanImage 2.1 OK for commercial use?
Depends
Only outside the EU, UK and South Korea. HunyuanImage 2.1's licence doesn't apply there, and you can't use its outputs outside the licensed territory. Elsewhere commercial use is allowed; products with over 100M monthly users need a separate licence from Tencent.

“THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT DOES NOT APPLY IN THE EUROPEAN UNION, UNITED KINGDOM AND SOUTH KOREA AND IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE TERRITORY, AS DEFINED BELOW.”
“You must not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or display the Tencent Hunyuan Works, Output or results of the Tencent Hunyuan Works outside the Territory.”
“If, on the Tencent Hunyuan version release date, the monthly active users of all products or services made available by or for Licensee is greater than 100 million monthly active users in the preceding calendar month, You must request a license from Tencent,”
“We grant You a non-exclusive, worldwide, non-transferable and royalty-free limited license under Tencent’s intellectual property or other rights owned by Us embodied in or utilized by the Materials to use, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of (including Model Derivatives), and make modifications to the Materials, only in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the Acceptable”
