Depends on the model. The older HunyuanDiT image models (v1.0–v1.2) are licensed worldwide. HunyuanVideo, HunyuanVideo 1.5, HunyuanImage 2.1 and Hunyuan Image 3.0 are not licensed in the EU, UK or South Korea, and their outputs can't be used outside the licensed territory.
