Can I use Tencent Hunyuan models in the EU?

Only the older HunyuanDiT image models (v1.0 to v1.2), whose licence is worldwide. HunyuanVideo, HunyuanVideo 1.5, HunyuanImage 2.1 and Hunyuan Image 3.0 are not licensed in the EU, UK or South Korea, outputs included.
