About MiniMax API (H3 video, Speech, Music)
The MiniMax API is MiniMax's developer platform. It gives access to MiniMax's video models (MiniMax H3 and Hailuo), speech models and music models through an API. It's for developers building products.
Through MiniMax's own API, you keep ownership of what you generate and the terms set no non-commercial limit. The open H3 and Music 3 weights have their own licences with extra rules, and H3's excludes the EU, UK, South Korea and US.
