Premium, Premium+ and Pro get Magnific's rights in the output, but its AI terms also bring in the model makers' own terms and licence agreements without naming them, and AI music can't go on streaming platforms or be sold as standalone tracks. Does the model matter on Freepik?
It can. Section 3 of Magnific's AI terms says the third-party model makers' terms and licence agreements are incorporated by reference and that you're responsible for complying with them. The terms don't say which ones apply, so we mark paid plans as depends rather than yes.
